Korbyt Launches 5C AI Agents Suite to Revolutionize Digital Signage and Workplace Communication

by | Jul 14, 2025

Korbyt has officially launched its 5C AI Agents Suite, a powerful set of five AI-driven tools designed to enhance digital signage workflows and streamline workplace communication. The suite is built to support companies seeking to save time, reduce manual work, and maximize screen impact through automation and intelligent content delivery.

The five agents in the suite include CreateAI, CurateAI, ConciergeAI, CommandAI, and ClarityAI. Each one serves a unique purpose. CreateAI allows users to quickly generate branded, ready-to-publish content using guided prompts and pre-designed templates. CurateAI handles content tagging and automated publishing based on performance analytics, ensuring the most engaging messages get delivered. ConciergeAI, launching later this year, will assist with room and desk booking, helping teams manage space more efficiently. CommandAI, arriving in 2026, will automate device diagnostics and screen management. Finally, ClarityAI will provide usage data and insights by integrating analytics from screen activity and IoT sources.

According to Korbyt CEO Ankur Ahlowalia, these tools are designed to “boost productivity at scale,” making it easier for lean teams to achieve more without relying on extensive technical expertise. The rollout began in June 2025, with CreateAI and CurateAI already available through the Korbyt Anywhere platform. ConciergeAI is expected in Q4 2025, while CommandAI and ClarityAI will follow in 2026.

This AI-powered suite is particularly beneficial for organizations managing multiple displays or locations—such as schools, corporate campuses, hospitals, and retail outlets. By automating content creation, delivery, resource scheduling, and reporting, Korbyt’s 5C AI Agents can dramatically improve operational efficiency and engagement across digital communication channels.

In summary, Korbyt’s latest innovation not only simplifies signage workflows but also introduces a smarter, AI-enhanced future for workplace communication.
